Soler & Palau, a worldwide ventilation products manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of the assets of RenewAire LLC, one of North America’s manufacturers of energy-recovery-ventilation (ERV) equipment for buildings. With this purchase, Soler & Palau has strengthened its manufacturing and sales base in North America and will be able to offer a range of high-efficiency building ventilation products for residential, commercial, and institutional applications. RenewAire will continue to operate as an independent company with manufacturing and sales offices in Madison, Wis.
